Terms and conditions

Payment

All online payments are carried out by Paypal, a secure online payment service which protects your information. All our online payments are free of charge. All payments need to be made in advance.

Security of Information

Sweet Colours protects your information and does not pass it onto any other third parties. We are an advocate of discreet and fast trading and accordingly only request essential information which is then only used to serve you.

Agreement

An agreement is effected when the customer accepts the general terms and conditions and when payment of the order has been received. Sweet Colours always retains the right to reject an order. If an order is not accepted, an email will be sent to you to this effect.

Cancellation

If you want to cancel an order, this is only possible within 24 hours from commencement of the agreement. You can send your cancellation request by email to info@sweetcolours.co.uk

Prices

The prices quoted next to the articles are in GBP and include VAT ( unless otherwise stated ). Postage costs are £5.95 for Priority Delivery and £7,95 voor Express Delivery. Sweet Colours always retains the right to change the quoted prices.

Delivery

All our products are handled with utmost care and are packaged as well as possible. Furthermore, all parcels are delivered by TNT which is a global parcel service. The costs are £5.95 for Priority delivery ( takes up to 7 working days ) and £7,95 when Express delivery is required ( takes up to 4 working days ). International destination charges can be quoted upon request.
Please bear in mind that this package will need to be signed for. Therefore, please fill in an address where someone will be available to sign for receipt.

Our free sample box fits through the letterbox and does not need to be signed for. We will also keep you informed by email when your order or ‘free sample’ is on the way.

Delivery date

As a customer, you are personally responsible for stating the correct delivery date. You can also determine the desired delivery date upon payment. As the product is long lasting, we would strongly advise you to place your order a number of weeks before your event in order to minimise any chance of disappointment.

Colours

We offer a free sample service in order to convince you of our product quality. The colours displayed on your computer screen can sometimes differ from the actual colour. All of our colours of rosepetals have got names that we have founded and are our ‘product’ names where no rights are to be claimed on. When you’re not satisfied with the colour of rosepetals/roses that has been delivered we can’t offer you a refund. Therefore, we strongly advise you to make use of our free sample service to avoid disappointment.

Returns

We make every effort to delivery high quality products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchased product for any reason, then you can return it and you will receive a full refund within 30 days. This only applies to the cost of the product and not to the delivery costs.

A refund is only given in the following situations:

  • The product must still be in its original packaging
  • The product must not be damaged
  • You are required, as a customer, to pay the costs of return yourself
  • You need to notify us of your dissatisfaction within 24 hours of receipt by sending an email to info@sweetcolours.co.uk.

We do not refund :

  • Our B-choice mix petals
  • When a mixed box of our premium petals is specially required by a customer
  • When a customer has mistyped the delivery adress and the parcel is delivered at or before the required delivery date
  • When a colour is not in line with your expectations but no free sample is required before
