I don’t have a Paypal account. Can I still pay online?

Yes, but you need to have a credit card if you want to pay online. At the ‘check-out’ you can select ‘no paypal account’ and subsequently pay by credit card.

Are my personal details safe?

Your personal details will be treated with the utmost care and are secured against use by third parties. Your payment will be processed via Paypal, an extremely secure online server which also protects your information.

If I am not satisfied with the delivered product, can I get my money back?

It is of course possible that the product was not to your full satisfaction or that it does not live up to your expectations at all ( in practice, this is rare )! In this case, you will be given a refund. A refund is not being given on our B-choice mixed petals. See General Terms and Conditions for further details.

I want to order rose petals, but I don’t know exactly how many to order?

As Confetti: 4 handful’s of petals equals approx. 1 litre. On Tables: ( diameter 150 cm per table ): Lightly scattered: 1/2 litr ,Moderately scattered: 1 litre, Generously scattered: 2 litre. Isle walk in churches : 2 litre per metre.
Walkways: ( 1 metre wide ) 4 litres per metre for a light covering.

I may not be at home when the delivery arrives. Is that a problem?

You have the option to fill in another delivery address on the order form in case you are not going to be at home ( work, neighbours, etc. ). You can also even collect the order later from the post office.

If I purchase a large quantity, are the delivery costs also higher?

No, the despatch costs are always £ 5.95 for 'Priority delivery' and £ 7,95 for 'express delivery' when a quick delivery is required.

I need some rose petals very quickly. Is this possible?

When you click on our webshop, you can see all the products which are in stock. If you want to buy these, you just have to fill in the desired delivery date and select 'Express delivery'. Please bear in mind that delivery can take up to 4 working days.

Why are Sweet Colours’ products so much cheaper than those of similar suppliers?

We can offer our products at a very inexpensive price because of competitive procurement and the efficient use of modern machines.

Can I order by phone?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer this service. The lack of this particular service is reflected in our low prices.

If I order a large quantity, do I get a discount?

When you spend £100 or more and at least 2 items, you will be entitled to receive a discount.

Is the product still frozen when it is delivered to me and do I have to keep it in the freezer?

No. Once the roses have been freeze dried they are directly usable and are dry and soft as silk. To prolong their shelf life, they are best kept in a cool, warm and dark place.

Do I have to order in advance?

No, not necessarily. However, if you do order in advance then we can guarantee that your desired colour will be delivered on the required date. When you buy directly from our online shop, you can always trace the stock availability specifications on the detail page. Please note that the delivery can take up to 7 working days.

How long will the product last?

The product will last for approximately one year provided it is kept in the original packaging and in a cool, dry and dark place.

Do the prices quoted include VAT?

The quoted prices include VAT when delivered to consumers.
